JULY 3 To-day it is 30 years of sadness - Brian Jones died in his swimmingpool to-day 30 years ago. We will never forget you Brian.
JULY 4 Hundreds of fans from all over the world came to London yesterday for the 30 years anniversary of Brian's dead. See article from BBC.news.
JULY 14 The divorce case between Jerry Hall and Mick Jagger is over now. The couple found an agreement and are still good friends.
JULY 27 Mick's 56 birthday were celebrated online on Martha's chatroom last night with a lot of visitors from allover the world. It was really a great idea in association with the official fan club of Scandinavia & UK.
AUG. 6 Mick returned back to London the other day from a few days private holiday in Iceland, where he spend a lot of time in the beautiful nature in this area of the world. Rumours are saying he also went to Iceland for eventually concert plans.
AUG. 9 When Mick Jagger stayed in Iceland for a day with an Italian friend. They came with boat. Rumours says, they were lookin' for a good spot to have a concert in the future. It could be fantastic to have a concert on the top of the biggest glacier in the world - Vatnajökul - it would be something.
Mick also took a flight journey arounde Iceland in the beautiful weather.
AUG. 14 A London High Court ruled yesterday that the marriage of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall was never valid in England nor in Indonesia where the 1990 wedding took place. Neither of the celebrities was present at the hearing.
AUG. 25 To-day the US fan club is operating with Blue Lena as secretary. See the informationsite for US FANS. Hope a lot of you will join the US fan club, the first fan club in many years after the stop from "Beggars Banquet" club.
SEP. 2 A Celebration was held Saturday August 28, 1999 in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey to honor Keith's good friend, Fred A. Sessler. The party was held at the Memory Motel and hosted by the hotel manager, Peter Ferriero, along with Stones People Magazine staff. It was attended by friends, many of whom flew in from across the US or from countries such as Germany, England, Holland to pay homage to the man affectionately known as "Freddy". Blue Lena attended the gathering as well to pay tribute to Mr. Sessler. The party was catered & we were able to parttake of some lovely food & drinks.
Throughout the evening, we were entertained by a musical group from London, as well as by Stones music & videos. Many paid tribute to Freddy through speeches & written memories which were presented to Freddy in book form as a keepsake.
It was a great night for all involved...it sure wasn't a lonely night at the Memory Motel!
SEP. 2 Mick Taylor and Bill Wyman will play on a 24 hours blues festival in Umeå in north of Sweden on October 2nd. 1999.
SEP. 13 Sheryl Crow in Central Park to-morrow. Rumours says Keith will join for a song or two according to Dutch fan Kariem in New York right now. Also on stage will be David Bowie, Eric Clapton. It is expected Keith and the others will play "Happy". You can see the show online on the web www.blueconcerts.com on September 14 in the evening US time.
SEP. 15 CENTRAL PARK WITH KEITH AND SHERYL - KEITH RICHARDS played a gig in New York last night 14th September 1999 as part of the Sheryl Crow & Friends concert in Central Park, sponsored by American Express Blue Card. Parts of the concert were shown live in the US on Fox TV. Keith played "Happy" and "Sweet Little Rock and Roller" along with an all star jam on Tombstone Blues with Sheryl & her other guests including Eric Clapton, Chrissie Hynde, Stevie Nicks, Sarah McLachlin and the Dixie Chicks. David Bowie was rumoured to appear, but his appearance was cancelled. Keith Richards was a surprise guest, not originally listed on the bill. Several Stones fans were lucky enough to attend the event & all reported an excellent time. Keith was said to be in a great mood & played with enthusiasmn. On July 17 Charlie Watts was in Bermuda to attend the wedding of daughter Serafina.
Ronnie Wood has recently attended the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the Trecup Club in London.
SEP. 22 See little Jagger junior arriving in London with his mum.
SEP. 23 Mick Taylor's manager have assured Carol from Mick Taylor Band's website that Mick and the band will be coming back to the USA in the spring. See new updates for Japan as well on our toursite.
OCT. 5 As from today we are now ROLLING STONES FAN CLUB OFFICE. We have decided to change this, because we don't want to make any confusion to anyone. Our magazine, formerly called STONE AGE MAGAZINE, will have the new name tomorrow.
OCT. 18 The results from our poll "Who is your favorite member of the Rolling Stones"? Keith Richards 119 votes, Mick Jagger 34 votes, Ronnie Wood 6 votes and Charlie Watts 10 votes. Congratulations to Keith!

NOV.15 From Entertainment News: Battle Of The Bands
John Lennon will go head to head with Mick Jagger and Keith Richards in the struggle for the top spot on the British music charts when 1999 turns to 2000. An all-star line-up... including Elton John, Whitney Houston and the Spice Girls... have recorded the Rolling Stones' hit "It's Only Rock and Roll" to raise funds for the Children in Need charity. It's such a sure-fire hit that London oddsmakers have stopped taking bets on the record being number one at Christmas. Meanwhile, on December 13th - five days after the 19th anniversary of Lennon's death - Parlophone Records will re-release the former Beatle's single "Imagine." The label says it's responding to public
demand for the song. The single will also include "Happy Xmas
(War Is Over)" and "Give Peace A Chance."

NOV.25 "A Stone's Throw " will be released in the US on January 25th by Cannonball Records. It will have a new cover (Mick's official photo) and 2 songs have been remixed: "Never Fall In Love Again" and "Lost In The Desert".
DEC.12 We have now two winners for Tour Quiz. Unfortunately we are not able to give you the results yet - one more can win! And the price is a beautiful Mick Jagger photograph.

DEC.29 Greetings from Carol Rock to all Mick Taylor fans. Mick Taylor Band will go on tour again from January 28 starting in San Francisco. Please take a look on our tour site for the tentative tour schedule. We are all very excited about this tour - and be prepared for a few surprises!

Mick Taylor's CD "A Stone's Throw" will be released in the US on Feb 8 2000. It will have remixes of "Never Fall in Love Again" and "Lost In The Desert". Possible the release date will be moved so the CD might be available in mid-January in time for the tour.
