After 40 years, the Rolling Stones are back in town.
The last time they played in Albany, they took the stage at the
Palace Theater. But this time, the Stones made a stop on their "A Bigger
Bang" tour at the Pepsi Arena. Tickets went on sale in early August and
quickly sold out.
Fans lined up hours before the concert and said The Rolling
Stones are the veterans of rock.
One fan said, "I have every Stones CD, back and forth to
work, it just wakes me up in the morning, keeps me going at night. Stones is
what it's about for me."
"Fantastic. Always a good time at the Stones show. This is my third show
this week. Just came over from Amsterdam to do three shows -- Madison Square
Garden, Giants stadium, and now in Albany in upstate New York," said one
loyal fan.
