Rolling
Stones in Toronto to rehearse for the A Bigger Bang worldtour
The Rolling Stones are back in Toronto
again this year, as they prepare for their 2005 tour. They arrived at July 14th
after their equipment came a few days earlier. In the past, the band has
rehearsed at Toronto's Masonic Temple, Maple Leaf Gardens, and the Crescent
School.
This time, an entertainment industry
insider says they'll be practising at Greenwood College. Unfortunately for fans,
the entrance to the school's property is locked -- so it's unlikely you'll be
able to catch a glimpse of the rockers.
So far the band have rehearsed more than
50 songs which are as follows here:
Oh No Not You Again - Bitch - Start Me Up - Get Off Of My Cloud - Gimme
Shelter -
Love is Strong - Far Away Eyes - She's So Cold - Under My Thumb - Jumpin Jack
Flash
- Street Fighting Man - Harlem Shuffle - As Tears Go By - Miss You - You Got Me
Rocking - Just My Imagination - Ain't Too Proud To Beg - Some Girls - Shattered
-
Midnight Rambler - All Down The Line - Going To A-Go-Go - Hang Fire - You Can't
Always Get What You Want - Paint It, Black - Hot Stuff - It's Only Rock'n'Roll -
Rough Justice - Respectable - Sympathy For The Devil - Hand Of Fate - 19th
Nervous Breakdown - Streets of Love - Back Of My Hand - Neo Con - Rain Fall Down
- Saint Of Me - Out Of Control - Love Train - Sister Morphine - Too Rude - Worried
'bout You - Gimme Shelter - Everybody Needs Somebody To Love - Rocks Off - Thru
And Thru - All Down The Line - Little T'n'A - Rainy Day Women - Get Up, Stand Up.
Rehearsals continue this week, and a club gig in Toronto like at the Licks
tour is expected to take place. Watch up here for info, and of course reviews
and photos.
